Gigi, thank you for these videos and explanations of your filing system. This information is very helpful. I have a question though because I want to maximize storage space. I'm doing research on both my family and my husband's family ... would filing both his family and my families together using your system seem reasonable?
Months late on this but in case others have this question the answer is yes! If you want to do this, then he would get two colors and you would get two. I actually started that way but then went through a divorce so went back to 4 colors for my family.
